How Long Does A Custom Order Take?
When we receive your deposit and artwork our design team begins preparing your uniform proof. This process is listed below.
Keep in mind that any changes you want us to make to the proof will slow down your order. We have no problem making changes to your design (and we don't charge you for it) but changes do not happen overnight, so it is best if you provide CLEAR and CONCISE information initially. Don't forget that we still need at least 6 weeks to make your order so keep that in mind if it takes you a month to approve your proof. Keep your teammates happy - send us your final design when you are ready to order.
Step by Step Process
1 - Paid deposit and online access has been granted.
2 - You upload your design ideas and logos to the online Customer Control Panel.
3 - Depending on how complex your design is and the amount of information you give, your initial design will be available to view in 4-5 days.
4 - You logon and check design, submitting any changes on the online Customer Control Panel. Changes are normally completed within 48 hours.
5 - Once you have Approved all designs and placed your order we can go to production on your clothing.
FROM THIS STAGE SHIP DATE WILL BE 5 to 6 WEEKS.
If delivery will be longer for any reason you will be notified BEFORE you place the order.
