How to Order
Five Easy Ordering Steps
1. An approximate 50% deposit is required before we can begin any work on your order including making your proof. We DO NOT need exact sizes or quantities at this time. If you think you will be ordering 25 jerseys then we need a 50% deposit for a 25-piece jersey order. We only need your final sizes and quantities when your proof is approved.
2. Upon receipt of your deposit or CC authorization you will be emailed a username and password. Login into the Champion System Control Panel to upload your design files.
3. About one week after you have uploaded your design files you'll receive an email from us to let you know your proof is ready. Log back into the Customer Control Panel to review the proofs. Let us know what you think of the designs and if you want to make any changes. Only when you are completely satisfied will we begin production. Sit back and relax knowing we are making exactly what you ordered.
4. When you have finished approving all your proofs we are ready to start printing your uniforms. At this time we'll need your final sizes and quantities. Just complete our easy-to-use order form and email it back to us. Click here to download our order form.
5. Orders are normally shipped 5 to 6 weeks after proof approval. Need your uniforms 2 weeks after proof approval? Click here for CS Express- it's faster but it costs more.
