At Champion System we stand behind our products. Please refer to the Guarantee page of this website. Champion System NZ Ltd. will be referred to as CSNZ Ltd. There are, however, also some obligations on you that you should be aware of:
All orders for the sale of goods are accepted according to the terms and conditions below, and CSNZ Ltd will supply the goods to you on these terms and conditions. By ordering an item from Champion System, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions. CSNZ Ltd may amend these terms and conditions at any time, and any such amendment will be effective immediately. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by these terms and conditions.
While we shall endeavour to keep pricing current at all times, pricing may be subject to change without notice.
Payment and Service Terms
We don't charge for artwork! - It is all part of our service. What we do require before we can get started is a deposit which is just $250.00. Payment of the deposit will unlock your account so you can begin artwork. The total amount of the deposit will be debited from the final balance of your order. It is also important to understand that if we design you your kit and you then decide not to proceed we will not refund your initial deposit.
50% deposit is required for all custom orders. Deposit may be prepaid with a VISA, MasterCard, direct deposit or cheque to Champion System NZ Ltd. Design and/or production will not begin until the deposit has been received. Final balance is due prior to shipment of goods. Goods will not be shipped until the final balance is received.
Payments by Credit Card
Credit card surcharges of 3.0% for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diner’s Club will apply when paying by credit card. You authorize us to charge all fees incurred by you in relation to the services provided to the credit card designated by you. If payment is not received from the card issuer or its agents for any reason, you agree to pay us all amounts due immediately on demand.
Customers that refuse or cancel orders after Champion System NZ Ltd. has received the deposit will forfeit the 50% deposit and will be billed for the 50% balance. All goods will remain the property of Champion System NZ Ltd. until paid in full.
Once artwork has begun, any deposit paid will not be refunded.
- You agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to violate or attempt to violate any aspect of the security of Our Website.
- You may not use any software tool for the purpose of extracting data from our website.
- You understand that any such violation is unlawful in many jurisdictions and that any contravention of law may result in criminal prosecution.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim or demand, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising in any way out of your use of Our Web Site, your posting any Material or the infringement by you, or by any other person using your computer, of any intellectual property or other rights of any person.
Privacy and Security
Customer Information Policy
Champ-Sys.co.nz collects customer information in an effort to improve our customers' shopping experience. Champ-sys.co.nz recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We may use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes. We do not sell or give online customer information to any outside company or third party. Protecting your order information is a priority. Champion-sys.com makes every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
Your Credit Card is Safe
Your credit card number cannot be read by a third party while in transit and will remain private and completely protected. Champ-sys.com uses the most advanced and highest level of online security available today (512-bit encryption). Our Commerce Server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which encrypts or codes all the data you enter so you can relax and feel completely secure with your order.
The Champ-Sys.co.nz web site utilizes cookies to provide our site visitors with the most enjoyable experience possible. We do not collect personal information without a visitor’s knowledge nor do we re-sell or distribute any site visitor’s data.
Order Process & After Sales Conditions
Your Champion System garment comes with a twelve (12) month manufacturing defect warranty. CSNZ Ltd reserve the right to repair the garment, or if garment cannot be repaired remake the garment. Refunds will not be given. CSNZ reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the garment was not used as intended or correct care of the garment was not taken. If you have a warranty issue please contact us immediately for review.
Client understands the possibility of error. CSNZ Ltd is not responsible for replacement or refund. All sales are final.
All artwork remains the sole property of CSNZ Ltd, and CSNZ Ltd reserves the right to resell all uniform designs.
All custom orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please place your order early. Your delivery date will depend on when we receive your final order and approval of your proofs has been completed. Delivery is subject to the current production schedule and unless a specific date has been agreed upon in writing, delivery may be postponed. Completed orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.
CSNZ Ltd. uses Fed Ex to freight your order. We have no control over Fed Ex or their ability to deliver in a timely manner. Once your order has left our factory we can no longer control the delivery date and delays may be experienced by Fed Ex. CSNZ Ltd. is not responsible for lost damaged or delayed orders.
Once the artwork has been approved no design or order changes will be accepted. Once your order has been placed and confirmed, any additions, changes or any other alterations to the order will be accepted at the discretion of CSNZ Ltd.
Samples are available for sizing purposes. Samples are sent with a credit card deposit and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the samples are returned in good condition. Samples not returned during your order time frame will be presumed purchased and the appropriate cost will be billed to you. Samples returned either used or damaged will be billed to you.
The manufacturer’s logo will appear on all custom garments.
Champion System Guarantee
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase us, contact us and we can discuss any issues you may have.
Custom Clothing is a complex process; there are a number of steps that you and Champion System need to go through in order to get your Custom Clothing order to you. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, mistakes can be made. If you receive something that you did not approve, have a colour or print problem or a manufacturing issue, contact us immediately. If we have made an error in your order, we will remake or repair your order as soon as possible.
If, however, you have ordered the incorrect items or sizes or approved a design that is incorrect or any other issue not within the control of Champion System, we cannot take responsibility for that, however, we will work with you to come up with a solution to help you get on the road as soon as we can.
We or our Content suppliers may make improvements or changes to Our Website, the Content, or to any of the Services, at any time and without advance notice.
You are advised that Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. This is inevitable in any large website. We would be grateful if you bring anything that you find to our immediate attention.
We give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied, as to:
- The adequacy or appropriateness of the Services for your purpose;
- The truth of any Content on Our Website published by someone other than us;
- Any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness of the Services for a purpose other than that for which the Services are commonly used;
- Compatibility of Our Website with your equipment, software or telecommunications connection.
We are not liable in any circumstances for special, indirect or consequential loss or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, loss of data or loss of revenues or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of Our Website or the purchase of Services.
In any event, including the event that any term or condition or obligation on our part (“Implied Term”) is implied into these conditions by law, then our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the value of the goods or services you have purchased.
The above two sub paragraphs do not apply to a claim for personal injury.

These commitments are effective on orders that are shipped from August 1, 2018.
Lifetime Quality Commitment
This commitment is available on orders shipping from August 1st, 2018. All orders prior to this date will still be covered under the original Champion System twelve (12) month warranty procedure. After this date, any items with a manufacturing defect will be covered with a lifetime warranty. Lifetime is defined as five (5) years.
Your Champion System garment comes with a lifetime manufacturing defect warranty. Champion System NZ Ltd. reserves the right to repair the garment, or if the garment cannot be repaired remake the garment. Refunds will not be given. Champion System Limited reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if the garment was not used as intended or correct care of the garment was not taken.
Quality of workmanship and fabrics/materials used will be warranted at the discretion of Champion System Limited. This policy does not include damage or problems caused by incorrect use or care of the garment, including non-factory related alterations.
This policy does not include damage/problems caused by general wear and tear.
Crash Replacement Commitment
Champion System NZ ltd offers a 12 month free crash replacement commitment. To be covered by free crash replacement, you will need to be competing in a race (with a number on your back), produce photographic evidence, and return crashed garments to the Champion System Head Office before the crash replacement kit is produced. The Crash Replacement Commitment is limited to one garment only. All requests for the Crash Replacement Commitment must be processed through online form at www.champ-sys.co.nz.
Champion System will offer a delivery commitment effectively guaranteeing delivery of an order on or before the date agreed. We will guarantee the delivery of your goods on the date agreed with your Champion System Representative, or we will provide you with a 30% credit to your account.
Delivery commitment excludes discounted/sponsorship orders.
CS Express Delivery
Champion System Express Delivery will be determined by your Champion System Representative. CS Express orders are not covered under the Delivery Commitment.
The Fitness Flexibility Commitment is limited to one garment per person. You must prove the reduction in size via photographic evidence (before and after photos) to your Champion System Representative.
